How Does Sizing work?

Bespoke shoes you can select the standard size you currently wear. Be sure to confirm you are selecting the correct size when reviewing you order. You can also use a 3D app called Feetsizr. Feetsizr can be downloaded through the App Store. Sizing for belts please follow the detailed breakdown on our Sizing Page.

What Outsole/Heel is for me?

Bahevan offers a variety of outer soles and heel styles. You can find a detailed break down of each sole under the Mens Shoes. For a break down on heel styles visit Women Shoes.

Part of my order is missing

Which methods of payments can I use?
Behaven excepts all forms of digital payments. Once you have selected your product and completed your sizing you can either connect to your PayPal account or enter your debit/credit information. We will also expect Apple Pay via mobile. If you need further assistance please contact us.

Where is my product made?
All bespoke items are produced and Spain. Top of the industry artisans hand cut,sew, and paint your bespoke dream to life. Our team of artisans produce pieces of art for your daily wardrobe. If you have any questions about materials or construction please view the product pages. Product pages can be located at the footer.

What is the Production/Shipping time?
​
Your Order(s) will arrive within 28-40 days from the order date. Please allow our artisans enough time to create your product. Standard bespoke styles will take up to 27 production days. Each item will arrived packaged and ready for use.

Fastlane: select a Fastlane style to for a production days ranging from 7-10 days. Fastlane styles will arrive within 12-15 days.

Can I track my order ?
​
Once your item is in transit you'll receive the tracking number. If you don't see tracking information after 40 days please contact Behaven. Behaven uses DHL for all shipping purposes. Please be sure to check your email for tracking information before contacting Behaven.

Behaven Shoes features fully curated designs. Each style is hand selected and developed for the Behaven Clients.

Incomplete Order/Part of my order is missing?
Only partial items from your order has arrived...
Recheck your email for an additional tracking number. Since each item is made individually each item is shipped individually. As each bespoke items a completed they are boxed and shipped. If you order a pair of shoes, belt, and bag please keep in mind you may receive the belt first followed by shoes than bag. Each item will also receive and individual tracking number.
If Behaven is able to group your order for shipping you will be notified. Before the shipping of the items.
